After downloading first things first, you absolutely 1000000% must change the password to your own password in the zv.php file that is in the download. Then follow the instructions that come with the download for the rest. Once you have done that you can go to your admin panel in your browser, which should be your website URL followed by atr/frm.html or atr/dr.html immediately after, will also get you there. This is provided your have your URLs rewritten from .php to .html on your website for example on this website http://servertosite.com/atr/dr.html will get you there... Now copy and paste however many of the six includes you need to use, there is six PHP includes ready for you to copy and paste that you can find on the actual admin panel. To make web updatable areas on your website, copy and paste them into the XHTML code of any static php pages on your website pretty much where ever you want. Then go back to the admin panel type in your password first, update any of the six available text areas with XHTML and text, note: please surround generals text with paragraph tags <p>text here</p> a new paragraph for each new paragraph obviously, then click 'submit changes' and those sections on your or else your clients or bosses website will be updated so long as you did not enter any unaccepted characters, then you would have to go back and take them out, enter your password again and then click 'submit changes'. Please also take note to keep at least one acceptable character in all unused text areas on the control panel. I would recommend using a star * but any other character will work just the same as place holder, without the place holders you will be thrown an error message when submitting changes.
You can update with the admin panel from any internet connected computer or smart phone etc. Enjoy!
